Rodger Landers 


President

Rodger Landers is a Supply Chain professional with more than twenty five years of experience in healthcare purchasing, contract negotiation, PBM pharmacy network management, pharmacy wholesale operations and distribution, project management, quality improvement and analytics. Rodger is responsible for managing Procurement at BayCare Health System, the self-distributing and self-contracted 17 Hospital IDN in Tampa, FL. Rodger completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, and earned his MBA from the University of South Florida in 1997. Diana Carvajal

Vice President

Diana Carvajal is the Vice President of Healthcare and Commercial at Sierra-Cedar, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in the enterprise software industry. Her career has spanned sales, implementation, and strategic planning, particularly highlighted by her 10-year tenure at Oracle focusing on Cloud Applications and other key technologies. Diana also serves on the Board for the Florida Chapter of AHRMM, showcasing her commitment to advancing healthcare through technology. 

She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, which has been instrumental in shaping her global business perspective and leadership skills. Residing in South Florida with her family, Diana enjoys yoga, cooking, and traveling, integrating personal passions with her professional life. Scott Wilcox

Scott Wilcox is Director, Supply Chain Operations at Sarasota Memorial Health Care, where he joined the organization in 2002. Scott has over 30 years of experience in leading operations, logistics and distribution. He oversees supply chain operations for our Sarasota and our new Venice Hospital. Sara Reschke 


Secretary 


Sara Reschke has over 20 years healthcare industry experience across medical manufacturer and Medical-Surgical Distributors, with a background in business development, account management, GPO contracting, sales, clinical and specialist leadership.

Rolando Nunez


Education/Events Chair


Over 20 years of success in leadership roles coupled with IDN / corporate account relations in medical devices, capital equipment along with a 10-year entrepreneurial healthcare background. Rolando has been working with healthcare supply chain for over 15 years and is committed to providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the C-Suite and Supply Chain executives in hospitals and healthcare systems. He believes that there are collaboration opportunities between industry and IDNs to facilitate the best possible outcomes, including the continuum of care, that can help improve patient outcomes while also meeting the fiduciary responsibilities of the healthcare system. Kristine Hirsch

Keith Murphy


Immediate Past President

Keith Murphy is formerly the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Supply Chain Services for UHealth and the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. Keith received his B.S. in Business from the Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. Before joining the University of Miami, He served as the Executive Director of Corporate Supply Chain for the Yale New Haven Health System in New Haven, CT. In that position, Keith was responsible for the co-creation and implementation of strategic solutions that focused on the triple aim to reduce costs while improving quality and outcomes through the standardization/utilization of products and services. Prior to his role at YNHHS, he had responsibility for Contracts and Inventory for AT&T. Frank Brown

Frank is a results-driven Supply Chain Management professional with hands-on leadership experience in sourcing, procurement, and value analysis. With a strong background in financial strategy, contract negotiations, and procurement optimization, Frank specializes in driving cost reductions and operational efficiencies. As the Director of Capital and Purchased Services at Lee Health System, Inc., Frank oversees multi-million-dollar expenditures, ensuring strategic sourcing and value-driven purchasing decisions. Frank currently serves as the Chair of the System Contract Review Committee. He is currently leading an effort to centralize the health system’s asset management operation to achieve significant cost savings.

With nearly 14 years as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at UF Health Shands, Dawn brings a wealth of experience with an impressive 27-year track record in supply chain management. Fueled by a profound passion for making a difference, she thrives on fostering collaboration within high-performance teams.

As a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) through the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), she demonstrates her commitment to continuous professional development. In addition to her role as a strategic sourcing leader, Dawn has served in several volunteer professional positions, including a notable role on the AHRMM Education Committee. This experience underscores her commitment to advancing the field and contributing to the education and development of professionals in the industry.

Outside of the professional sphere, Dawn finds joy in outdoor activities, frequently exploring national and state parks with family and friends. This passion for the outdoors mirrors her professional approach — a commitment to growth, exploration, and creating lasting impacts. Collectively leveraging expertise and a shared passion for making a difference, Dawn invites collaboration to drive impactful outcomes and create positive change together.

Mark Campbell, VP Materials Management at Tampa General Hospital. Campbell has a diverse background starting in Revenue Cycle functions, consulting, and now supply chain. He is an industry thought leader serving on various strategic councils including one for the largest group purchasing organization in the country (Novation) and the University Health System Consortium.
