Rodger Landers 


President

Rodger Landers is a Supply Chain professional with more than twenty five years of experience in healthcare purchasing, contract negotiation, PBM pharmacy network management, pharmacy wholesale operations and distribution, project management, quality improvement and analytics. Rodger is responsible for managing Procurement at BayCare Health System, the self-distributing and self-contracted 17 Hospital IDN in Tampa, FL. Rodger completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, and earned his MBA from the University of South Florida in 1997. Rodger is a Certified Designated Representative licensed in Florida and California, and a Certified Materials & Resource Professional.

Diana Carvajal

Vice President / President-Elect

Diana Carvajal is the Vice President of Healthcare and Commercial at Sierra-Cedar, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in the enterprise software industry. Her career has spanned sales, implementation, and strategic planning, particularly highlighted by her 10-year tenure at Oracle focusing on Cloud Applications and other key technologies. Diana also serves on the Board for the Florida Chapter of AHRMM, showcasing her commitment to advancing healthcare through technology. 

She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, which has been instrumental in shaping her global business perspective and leadership skills. Residing in South Florida with her family, Diana enjoys yoga, cooking, and traveling, integrating personal passions with her professional life. Diana's contributions to the enterprise software and healthcare industries underscore her leadership and dedication to innovation.

Scott Wilcox 


Treasurer



Scott Wilcox is Director, Supply Chain Operations at Sarasota Memorial Health Care, where he joined the organization in 2002. Scott has over 30 years of experience in leading operations, logistics and distribution. He oversees supply chain operations for our Sarasota and our new Venice Hospital. Prior to joining Sarasota Memorial, Scott was a Manager with Arthur Andersen for 20 years. Scott is a Certified Materials Resource Professional.

Sara Reschke 


Secretary / Vice President-Elect


Sara Reschke has over 20 years healthcare industry experience across medical manufacturer and Medical-Surgical Distributors, with a background in business development, account management, GPO contracting, sales, clinical and specialist leadership.

Sara recently joined Staritas, where she serves clients across Florida and Georgia on their Spend and Recall Management needs, along with Advisory Services.

Sara started as FLARHMM Marketing chair in May 2022 and has been active within the board since.

Candace Berk

Education Chair


Candace Berk is the Vice President of Sales at Sunburst, bringing nearly 20 years of driving progress in workforce solutions and modern talent strategies. With her CCWP certification and MBA, she specializes in helping healthcare organizations build sustainable, technology‑enabled, and future‑ready workforces.

A two‑time startup founder, Candace brings entrepreneurial energy to every engagement—combining innovation, problem‑solving, and real‑world experience to help companies optimize their workforce programs and unlock measurable results.

Now based in Sarasota, Florida, she is known for her forward‑thinking approach, passion for transformation, and commitment to reshaping how organizations attract, engage, and leverage talent in a changing world.

Jeff Gordon is the Vice President of Sales for Taylor Healthcare, where he’s been since 1999. Jeff has had a long career in the graphic communications space and has helped customers in industries as diverse as retail advertising, insurance, and gaming & hospitality before finding his calling in healthcare some 25 years ago, first as a sales rep, then a Business Development Manager, and now as the Vice President of Sales for Taylor, helping healthcare organizations communicate more efficiently and effectively. Jeff is a long-time member of the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management and has served on the Board of Directors of several AHRMM regional chapters. Jeff has become a sought after subject matter expert on healthcare communications of all kinds, presenting to various healthcare groups and companies looking to improve their workflows, their patient outcomes and their bottom lines. Kristine Hirsch


Events Chair

Jeff Bates

Supplier Membership Chair

Jeff has over 25 years in medical sales leadership with roles ranging from regional management, VP of IDN sales, and currently Senior Area VP of ASP Global.  He has been working with healthcare supply chain all his career and is committed to providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the C-Suite and Supply Chain executives in hospitals and healthcare systems, along with value analysis and key clinical champions. Jeff has been with FL AHRMM since 2017 and leading the growth of memberships since 2022.

Roxana Santamaria

Provider Membership Chair

With nearly eight years of supply chain experience, Roxana has advanced twice within UF Health to her current role as Contracts Manager and Publication Services Manager. She is recognized for leading continuous improvement initiatives that streamline contract management workflows, reduce expired agreements, shorten legal review cycles, and strengthen contract alignment with distributors and suppliers.

In her role overseeing Publication Services, Roxana leads a team of highly experienced designers—collectively representing more than 50 years of institutional knowledge—who produce over 5,000 branded products annually for UF Health.

Her leadership background also includes roles in residential property management and international development, where she contributed to projects focused on preventing human trafficking and child labor. She holds Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt certifications, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and professional growth. She earned an M.A. in Governance and Development and a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science.

Gretchen Vida

Gretchen Vida is a Regional Sales Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in strategic sales execution and customer partnership development. With a strong background in delivering value across diverse market segments, she focuses on driving results through deep product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and a solutions‑oriented approach.

Gretchen is dedicated to supporting healthcare partners through thoughtful collaboration, operational excellence, and a commitment to improving outcomes across her region.

Sully Reames 

University Outreach Chair

Sully Reames is the Regional Account Manager for Courier Express in North Florida and South Georgia. He started with the company in August of 2024 in South Carolina before moving down to Gainesville, FL in July of 2025. Sully is responsible for bringing unique transportation solutions to healthcare organizations such as hospitals, labs, and pharmacies that drive value through operational efficiencies and elevated technology.

Sully graduated from Anderson University (SC) in May of 2024 with an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA, while also playing on the men’s basketball team for all 4 years of his time there. He started as the University Outreach Chair for FLAHRMM in February of 2026.

Manuela Cassidy

Innovation Chair

Manuela Cassidy, MBA is a healthcare supply chain and strategic sourcing leader with nearly 17 years of acute healthcare experience, contract performance, operational efficiency, and measurable financial outcomes.

She currently serves as Program Services Director dedicated to Partners Cooperative within Vizient’s Strategic Sourcing Partnerships & Programs, acting as a key liaison between Vizient and Partners teams to help align strategy, priorities, and execution to maximize member value. Manuela was the first dedicated Vizient Spend Manager for UF Health and has previously worked with UF Jacksonville, Baptist Health, and healthcare manufacturers in the Jacksonville area.

Manuela holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and a BBA from the University of North Florida, with dual majors in International Business and Transportation & Logistics. She is also a founding leader and Co-Chair of Vizient’s VIVA Hispanic/Latino ERG.


Nina Zelanka

Regional Liaison - North Florida

Nina Zelanka is a Strategic Account Executive with GHX, with over 25 years of healthcare experience spanning supply chain, pharmacy, and infection prevention. She partners with health systems to improve supply chain performance, strengthen inventory accuracy, and drive measurable operational and financial outcomes.

She is recognized for consistent outstanding sales achievement and a track record of building strong executive-level relationships across complex healthcare environments. In addition to her professional role, Nina serves as Vice President of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit board, supporting community-focused leadership and service.

She is an active contributor to the healthcare supply chain community and supports the mission of Florida AHRMM.



Karrey Pecore

Regional Liaison - Central Florida

Karrey Pecore, MHA, CMRP, is a healthcare supply chain and innovation leader with experience across health systems, suppliers, spend‑management organizations and technology‑enabled services. As the Central Florida Ambassador, she is dedicated to strengthening regional engagement, supporting emerging leaders and fostering collaboration across hospitals, suppliers and industry partners.

Karrey currently serves as an Associate Director in Healthcare Performance Improvement at BRG, where she focuses on supply chain transformation, operational optimization and measurable performance improvement.  Her career includes roles at Amazon Business, Alexa Smart Properties, Tampa General Hospital, BayCare Health System, MedAssets, Cardinal Health, Owens & Minor and Premier, with deep expertise in AI‑enabled workflow optimization, value analysis, supplier performance and digital transformation.

A long‑time advocate for the Florida supply chain community, Karrey has served as an Advisor and Past VP of Education for FL AHRMM since 2016. Karrey is the 2026 Chairwoman of the AHRMM National Education Committee and is committed to elevating professional development, advancing supply chain performance and preparing organizations for next‑generation technologies.

Rolando Nunez

Regional Liaison - South Florida

Over 20 years of success in leadership roles coupled with IDN / corporate account relations in medical devices, capital equipment along with a 10year entrepreneurial healthcare background. Rolando has been working with healthcare supply chain for over 15 years and is committed to providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the C-Suite and Supply Chain executives in hospitals and healthcare systems. He believes that there are collaboration opportunities between industry and IDNs to facilitate the best possible outcomes, including the continuum of care, that can help improve patient outcomes while also meeting the fiduciary responsibilities of the healthcare system.

Keith Murphy

Immediate Past President

Keith Murphy is formerly the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Supply Chain Services for UHealth and the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. Keith received his B.S. in Business from the Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. Before joining the University of Miami, He served as the Executive Director of Corporate Supply Chain for the Yale New Haven Health System in New Haven, CT. In that position, Keith was responsible for the co-creation and implementation of strategic solutions that focused on the triple aim to reduce costs while improving quality and outcomes through the standardization/utilization of products and services. Prior to his role at YNHHS, he had responsibility for Contracts and Inventory for AT&T. Dawn Watkins

With nearly 14 years as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at UF Health Shands, Dawn brings a wealth of experience with an impressive 27-year track record in supply chain management. Fueled by a profound passion for making a difference, she thrives on fostering collaboration within high-performance teams.

As a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) through the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), she demonstrates her commitment to continuous professional development. In addition to her role as a strategic sourcing leader, Dawn has served in several volunteer professional positions, including a notable role on the AHRMM Education Committee. This experience underscores her commitment to advancing the field and contributing to the education and development of professionals in the industry.

Outside of the professional sphere, Dawn finds joy in outdoor activities, frequently exploring national and state parks with family and friends. This passion for the outdoors mirrors her professional approach — a commitment to growth, exploration, and creating lasting impacts. Collectively leveraging expertise and a shared passion for making a difference, Dawn invites collaboration to drive impactful outcomes and create positive change together.

Mark Campbell, SVP Materials Management at Tampa General Hospital. Campbell has a diverse background starting in Revenue Cycle functions, consulting, and now supply chain. He is an industry thought leader serving on various strategic councils including one for the largest group purchasing organization in the country (Novation) and the University Health System Consortium.
