Keith Murphy


Keith Murphy is formerly the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Supply Chain Services for UHealth and the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. Keith received his B.S. in Business from the Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. Before joining the University of Miami, He served as the Executive Director of Corporate Supply Chain for the Yale New Haven Health System in New Haven, CT. In that position, Keith was responsible for the co-creation and implementation of strategic solutions that focused on the triple aim to reduce costs while improving quality and outcomes through the standardization/utilization of products and services. Prior to his role at YNHHS, he had responsibility for Contracts and Inventory for AT&T. Keith has been interviewed multiple times and has been an invited speaker by organizations such as Vizient, AHRMM and ISM. Contact Keith:

Rodger Landers 

Vice President

Rodger Landers is a Supply Chain professional with more than twenty five years of experience in healthcare purchasing, contract negotiation, PBM pharmacy network management, pharmacy wholesale operations and distribution, project management, quality improvement and analytics. Rodger is responsible for managing Procurement at BayCare Health System, the self-distributing and self-contracted 17 Hospital IDN in Tampa, FL. Rodger completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, and earned his MBA from the University of South Florida in 1997. Scott Wilcox 


Scott Wilcox is Director, Supply Chain Operations at Sarasota Memorial Health Care, where he joined the organization in 2002. Scott has over 30 years of experience in leading operations, logistics and distribution. He oversees supply chain operations for our Sarasota and our new Venice Hospital. Prior to joining Sarasota Memorial, Scott was a Manager with Arthur Andersen for 20 years. Scott is a Certified Materials Resource Professional. Contact Scott:

Diana Carvajal


Diana Carvajal is the Vice President of Healthcare and Commercial at Sierra-Cedar, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in the enterprise software industry. Her career has spanned sales, implementation, and strategic planning, particularly highlighted by her 10-year tenure at Oracle focusing on Cloud Applications and other key technologies. Diana also serves on the Board for the Florida Chapter of AHRMM, showcasing her commitment to advancing healthcare through technology. 

She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, which has been instrumental in shaping her global business perspective and leadership skills. Residing in South Florida with her family, Diana enjoys yoga, cooking, and traveling, integrating personal passions with her professional life. Rolando Nunez

Education/Events Chair

Over 20 years of success in leadership roles coupled with IDN / corporate account relations in medical devices, capital equipment along with a 10-year entrepreneurial healthcare background. Rolando has been working with healthcare supply chain for over 15 years and is committed to providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the C-Suite and Supply Chain executives in hospitals and healthcare systems. He believes that there are collaboration opportunities between industry and IDNs to facilitate the best possible outcomes, including the continuum of care, that can help improve patient outcomes while also meeting the fiduciary responsibilities of the healthcare system. Kristine Hirsch

Logistics Chair

Kristine Hirsch is a District Sales Manager at Medtronic representing the Surgical operating unit.  She has over ten years experience working with the healthcare industry in a sales and leadership capacity.  She proudly represents the Medtronic portfolio and focuses on delivering value to healthcare partners through clinical expertise, customer service, GPO contracting, and excellence in project management.  Contact Kristine: 

Carrie Gorman Jobe

Carrie Jobe is the Senior Director of Payer Sales at MacroHealth where she is focused on growing a marketplace for payers to transform the process of buying healthcare in order to offer high-quality, low cost options to their populations.   Before MacroHealth, Carrie held roles at several healthcare companies, including Tecsys, GHX, and Vendormate where she introduced healthcare supply chain technologies to the health system community. Carrie is passionate about understanding an existing gap with a client and identifying a solution through technology and process improvement that create a transformational impact across  the operations of healthcare. Carrie has participated in speaking engagements, podcasts, and publications focused on healthcare trends and process    improvements across the industry.

Dawn Watkins

With nearly 14 years as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at UF Health Shands, Dawn brings a wealth of experience with an impressive 27-year track record in supply chain management. Fueled by a profound passion for making a difference, she thrives on fostering collaboration within high-performance teams.

As a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) through the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), she demonstrates her commitment to continuous professional development. In addition to her role as a strategic sourcing leader, Dawn has served in several volunteer professional positions, including a notable role on the AHRMM Education Committee. This experience underscores her commitment to advancing the field and contributing to the education and development of professionals in the industry.

Outside of the professional sphere, Dawn finds joy in outdoor activities, frequently exploring national and state parks with family and friends. This passion for the outdoors mirrors her professional approach — a commitment to growth, exploration, and creating lasting impacts. Mark Campbell, VP Materials Management at Tampa General Hospital. Campbell has a diverse background starting in Revenue Cycle functions, consulting, and now supply chain. He is an industry thought leader serving on various strategic councils including one for the largest group purchasing organization in the country (Novation) and the University Health System Consortium. Marisa Farabaugh

Provider Board Member  

Marisa Farabaugh is senior vice president and chief  supply chain officer for AdventHealth. In this role, she  provides strategic direction toward new and sustainable supply  chain efficiencies including aligning people, process and technology,  optimizing sourcing, driving cost and control initiatives, and  maintaining a culture of efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, Farabaugh is responsible for system-level governance and strategy  within the ancillary spaces to include pharmacy, radiology, laboratory  services, respiratory care and construction services.
