The Florida Chapter of the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) is excited to offer a Mentoring Program for prospective and current members. This program is in tribute and honor of Victor M Munoz (August 22, 1974 – January 11, 2024).
Victor M Munoz was a key and integral driving force behind the creation and build out of the Florida AHRMM Board. Victor guided and mentored early members of the Florida AHRMM board and eventually joined the board himself to help with the structure and management of our committees. We are very thankful for Victor’s contributions to Florida AHRMM and would not be in a position to offer a mentoring program without him.
The Victor M Munoz Mentoring Program matches early and mid-career professionals with seasoned professionals to provide guidance, support and knowledge. A committee will select up to ten (10) mentoring pairs. FLAHRMM provides a structured framework to facilitate the success of the mentoring match. The program consists of a one-year commitment from both Mentor and Mentee.
FLARHMM is excited to continue this program and believes in the power of mentorship. We believe the Victor M Munoz Mentoring Program assists in career advancement, skill development, personal growth and professional networking within our current and future membership.
